Rates will be paid by payroll of the Spanish production company and
therefore will have a minimum amount of tax retained – this is Spanish Law &
the tax is all-claimable on your tax return.
USAGE – 1 year all moving media including Internet in the US. Exclusivity
for diabetes related meds. All versions and cut downs
SECONDARY USAGE: Behind the Scenes. Corporative Use: Use of the Campaign for
all forms of PR and publicity material, press releases, marketing events,
awards, competitions,
Editorial, internal communications, digital archive systems, education and
training, educational publications, film festivals. Use by Agency and all
creative parties for their promotion including PR, in perpetuity.
The renewal of rights for two additional periods in case of occurrence:
Buy-outs + 10% increase + 20% agency.

Roughly in the range of a dress size 14-16.
MICHAEL: A Caucasian male playing age mid-50s, Michael is Attractive,
confident,
engaging, warm and likeable. A natural leader, he conveys a reassuring sense
of earned authority. Slightly overweight but not obese, he’s clearly
believable as a man with type 2 diabetes –– a bit stout or stocky, most
likely with a bit of a belly.
