BLONDE WOMAN: (Female, 25 – 35) She will be the ‘Face’ of the campaign – but not the face of the product or the brand. Therefore she should not be famous. Global Appeal: She is different to the multitude of faces in the beauty sector – but she is not so distinctive as to distract from our product. She needs to have an “international” look that will work across multiple markets in the region, but as a natural blonde, she will have fair features She is not just attractive – but has an inner strength and self-confidence. She imbues success and intelligence. She has poise, sophistication and elegance. She has a look that is classically beautiful, and not inspired by current trends. She looks sophisticated and stylish (visually 25-35 years old) Height around 5’ 7” It’s All About The Hair: She should have a long bob (or be willing to cut to this length) that curls well. It should be healthy and voluminous. It can’t be too heavy – it needs to hold curls. It can be quite fine if there is a lot of it. She should be a natural blonde, so colour should be as natural as possible and elevated with dye if necessary. Fringe (tbc/tba).

Ability To Act She needs to have proven acting ability. In fact, she may even be an actress who also models. We want someone who can get across their personality, confidence and strength in photography and film. She needs to be able to control her facial expression and portray specific emotions on set. Fee: PRINCIPAL MEDIA: All Media, including all forms of Internet and Television, stills, commercial exploitations of Print, Product Packaging, OOH, POS and all media whether known now or created in the future. In-store / retail use. Documentary film of the films (including behind the scenes footage). CORPORATE MEDIA: All forms of PR and promotion material, internal communications, intranet and digital archive systems, industry use including awards, keynote speeches and presentations. All Agency promotion including agency website, showreels including third party showreels. USAGE PERIODS: Principal Media: 2 years. Options for a third year and fourth year Corporate/PR: In perpetuity TERRITORY: Worldwide, for all uses. REMUNERATION: Recall Fee: £50.00 per time Wardrobe Fee @ £50.00 for up to 3 hours each session from call time Rehearsal days, Stylist, Stills Test and Pre-light days @ 50% of BSF Basic Studio Fee (BSF) for TVC £400.00 per day Basic Studio Fee (BSF) for Stills £500.00 per day Overtime @ 20% BSF per hour Principal Media (& Ancillary 1) initial Use Fee: £36,000.00 ‘Exclusivity Fee 1’ @ £24,000 Option fee for Year 3: £33,000.00 Option fee for Year 4: £36,300.00 Corporate Media: will be covered by the initial Principal Media & Ancillary 1 Use Fee – for in perpetuity. All payments shall be deemed to include the statutory holiday entitlement allowance and are inclusive of Agent’s fees.
SOUTH EAST ASIAN WOMAN: (Female, 25 – 35) She will be the ‘Face’ of the campaign – but not the face of the product or the brand. Therefore she should not be famous. She needs to have broad APAC (South East Asian) appeal, with an “international” look that will work across multiple markets in the region. Consider a model of Japanese decent, but don’t rule out talent from other Asian countries with our desired facial traits listed on the following page She is not just attractive – but has an inner strength and self-confidence. She imbues success and intelligence. She has poise, sophistication and elegance. She has a look that is classically beautiful, and not inspired by current trends. It’s All About The Hair: Must have beautiful, voluminous hair. The length of the hair is still TBC but will be either mid-length or long (no longer than down to her elbow). Hair should be shiny, luxurious and distinctively Asian in texture and colour.
