Shoot Dates between 28th Sept & 8th Oct 2016
ADULTS RATES:
Session fee: $500
$3k buyout for campaign
Rates plus 20% agency fee on session fee & buyout
Callbacks (pounds sterling) £50 – no agency fee
Adult shoot hours: 10hrs Inc of lunch
Usage:
Holiday 2016 CAMPAIGN
Which will cover one or more advertisements and/or online executions whether
or not part of the campaign, including all lifts, edits and versions
(“CONTENT”) for the client named above (“CLIENT”). NOT JCP ALWAYS CUT LOTS
OF EDITS & YOUR FEE COVERS ALL EDITS & LIFTS!!!!!!!!
Buyout fee (if face is recognizable in final cut) for the rights to use
Talent’s performance in the audio, video visual and photography elements
including still images/screen grabs during the Term and Media (defined
below) without regard to the number of showings or Images used.
MEDIA: All broadcast, cable, satellite television, industrial, which shall
include but is not limited to trade shows, in-
Flight, in-store, b-roll, sales meetings, elevator placements, award shows,
conventions, press releases, etc. (which may
Include use of talent’s name). Internet use which shall include all
electronic media or any other digital delivery
Platform whether now known or unknown, including stills lifted from footage
for digital use but not limited to any
Websites, Apps, QR codes, New Media and Interactive, Social Media, third
party websites and/or any other delivery
Platforms, podcasts, delivery to mobile phones and any other online media.
Use by Agency and client in their own
promotional materials, including award shows, trade publications, and agency
and client self-promotion
And for customary archive and/or creative reference shall be permitted
during the Term.
TERM: The Term shall consist of an Initial Term of 3 months from the date of
first use in Media.
Talent agrees to grant renewal option for additional 3 months at the usage
fee indicated above + 10%.
Territory: United States, Territories and Possessions
Exclusivity: Retail stores
THEY WILL BE BOOKING AROUND 30 PEOPLE FOR THIS CAMPAIGN
LOOKING FOR HISPANIC/LATION/MEDITERRANEAN LOOKING ARTISTS ONLY PLEASE
Role 1:
FEMALES: PLAYING AGE 35-45 (MUMS)
These ladies need to look Latino/Hispanic and be believable to be a mum.
Women need to fit a UK 8-10 dress size.
We need good looking confident people that don’t mind moving in front of
camera, suggestions don’t have to be dancers but just confident in moving.
Role 2:
MALES: Playing age 35 – 45 years old (dad)
These Men need to look Latino/Hispanic and be believable to be a Dad
Looking for a mixture of races but men need to be able to fit a 38-40
regular.
We need good looking confident people that don’t mind moving in front of
camera, suggestions don’t have to be dancers but just confident in moving.
Role 3:
GRANDPARENTS: (x1 female & x1 male)
Playing age 60’s
These Men & women need to look Latino/Hispanic
