Use shall include but is not limited to, PR, editorial comment & review by third parties, agency/industry branded and controlled websites; award entries and websites; Education and training, archive materials/sites, Agency/Client/production partners self promotion including but not limited to showreels in any medium. Internal use by the Client and the Agency and Production Partners (including, without limitation, use on the parties’ intranet, at shareholders meetings, sales conferences/meetings attended by employees of the Client and Agency group companies, internal presentations, communications and usage within their premises); For avoidance of doubt this usage excludes any paid for advertising use.
