FEE IS INCLUSIVE OF TRAVEL & SHOOT MAX 2 TRAVEL & 1 SHOOT ANY ADDITIONAL
DAYS WLL BE AN ADDIITONAL FEE LISTED BELOW AGAIN ONLY IF YOU HAVE AN EXTRA
DAY SHOOT DAY IS BASED ON 12HRS
Total fee is $5000 + 20% for agency fee, as per the agency usage below
Any additional shoot days will be $600 per day & down days $300 per day
Scripts: 1 x :15 including all lifts, edits, versions, and tags
Media: All Media, including but not limited to TV, Online (all forms),
Digital (all forms), PR (Online and offline), POS, Industrial (including but
not limited to in-store, cinema).
The right to use the commercials without territorial restrictions for PR,
agency reel, case studies, sizzle videos, awards submission and
archival/historical purposes including sales meetings, intra-company,
research, and reference, solely in connection with your use of the Recording
in the Commercial in perpetuity.
Term: 1 year (with 2nd year renewal option at the same rate)
Territory: United States
No exclusivity.
Butter will be involved so please make sure your artist is ok with, they are
launching a Vegan version so will be ok for any vegans or any diary or
lactose intolerances.

Any hair color, real, approachable, fun & engaging, she should have a good
sense of humor, comedic skills are important. Must be able to speak with a
clear American accent.
Role 2: MALE ACTOR
Playing age mid 35-45 any hair color, real, approachable, fun, engaging,
should have a good sense of humor, comedic skills are important. Must be
able to speak with a clear American accent.
Role 3: YOGI – Male
Ideally would be great to cast someone ethnically ambiguous, but we are very
open to all races, playing age 40 70 years old he is mischievous, a real
character, good sense of humor & comfortable with no shirt on. He could be
skinny but could also be kind of out of shape too, should not be overly
strong or muscular. Flexibility is a plus! Ability to do yoga poses a plus
BUT NOT A DEAL BREAKER PLEASE NOTE ON SUGGESTIONS!
