ere are three things you can expect at every Chanel show: an exquisite set, plenty of celebrities in the front row, and a runway lineup filled with the moment’s top models. For Fall 2015’s Haute Couture show, Lagerfeld relied mainly on his tried-and-true Chanel fixtures on the catwalk, but a select few newer models joined the action, stepping into Chanel’s “Cercle Privé” casino for their first couture show. Below, meet the four models who really hit it big at couture.

Emmy Krüger

Couture has seen Emmy Krüger take on a variety of incarnations, from neon-haired at Giambattista Valli to pixie-cropped at Armani Privé. At Chanel, Krüger’s red hair was hidden beneath the show’s uniform black bobs, but she made an impression nonetheless.

Marga Esquivel

Marga Esquivel first made a splash on the runway at Gucci’s Resort 2016 show and later at Marc Jacobs, where Guido Palau cut her new bangs backstage. With a Chanel Haute Couture appearance, Esquivel joins the ranks of Lagerfeld girls poised for greatness.

Camille Hurel

Camille Hurel got her start in the Elite Model Look contest back in 2014. Since then, she’s kept things exclusive walking only for a select set of labels including Givenchy, Valentino, and Alexander McQueen. Hurel’s first official couture runway was Atelier Versace earlier this week, but Chanel holds a special allure for the French beauty. Post show Hurel updated her Instagram to thank both Lagerfeld and Chanel’s casting director, Aurélie Duclos.

Shanna Jackway

Australian newcomer Shanna Jackway has gap teeth and a gamine vibe that calls to mind Lagerfeld favorite Vanessa Paradis. Chanel is only the second international runway that Jackway has graced, the first being Nicolas Ghesquière’s epic Palm Springs resort show.
