I am a Producer at Optomen TV (http://optomen.com/ ). We are a Television company that makes primetime shows like Great British Menu (BBC2), Mary Portas Secret Shopper (C4) and Employable Me (BBC2). We are currently making a documentary series all about high-end pets for ITV. Again it is a prime time series looking to go out around 8/8.30pm later this year.
We are on the search for stories of people who are huge animal fanatics and just adore their pets. We will be following lots of different stories. It is a bit of a needle in a haystack story but the reason for contacting you at your agency was that we would love to follow a story where a mother or father surprises/or gives a luxury pet to their child as a gift and we would follow the process of the parent getting the animal and then the reaction of the child receiving the pet.
